A SIGNED WAIVER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY EACH CHILD AND PARENT BEFORE ENTERING THE FACILITY.

There is a $50 cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your party. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule and to receive a refund. If you pay for the full balance of the party in advance and due to unplanned circumstances, you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a partial refund, as we take the $50 cancelation fee from your balance. (For example, if you paid $255 for a party and canceled 48 hours before the party, you will be given a refund of $205.) Any party that cancels after 48 hours will not receive a refund. Any party that wishes to reschedule must do so 24 hours in advance. We do not reschedule parties the same day. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

YOUR PARTY IS SCHEDULED FOR 3 HOURS. If you would like to add additional time, please let your Party Coordinator know in advance (at least 1 week in advance). ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY TO YOUR EXTRA TIME. Set-up time is included in your party time. For example, if your party time is 2-5pm, you can set up from 2-3pm and have your party guests arrive at 3pm and stay from 3-5pm. You have the party room for 3 hours and the children have 2 hours to play in the playroom. You have the freedom to decide how your 3hr party is spent.

IF YOU STAY PAST YOUR PARTY TIME YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $50 LATE FEE. For example, if your party time is 2-5pm and your party leaves at 5:15pm, you will be billed $50 extra for a late fee, no exceptions. All party guests MUST LEAVE THE FACILITY by the party end time (there is a 10 minute grace period).

You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations; however, NO PINATAS, NAILS/SCREWS, AND CONFETTI ALLOWED.

If you show up after your scheduled time we can’t compensate for the time or give you a discount. *NO EXCEPTIONS* For example, if your party time is 2-5pm and you arrived at 2:30pm, you must leave at 5pm. If you leave after 5:10 you will be billed a $50 late fee.

The Bounce Playhouse is an entertainment business that provides a variety of inflatables/moon bounces, foosball tables, ping pong tables, ball pits, and more in the inner city of Baltimore, MD. This mid-sized entertainment facility serves children ages 3-10 ages. Each section of the facility will have age appropriate activities including indoor jumping inflatable structures, tunnels, slides, tumbling mats, basketball hoops, balance beams, and punching bags.
Our services are safe and secure, providing the parents with an excellent place where their children can be taken care of. It will be a structured and safe environment with age appropriate music and games at all times. Children will be able to run, jump, and climb. These activities will help them develop their social and sports skills while also preventing some children from being overweight and/or engaging in deviant activity. The playhouse plans to build a strong market position in the inner city, due to the severe lack of indoor play spaces for children in the inner city of Baltimore.
